On Monday evening October 17th, Biennale Interieur organises a summit on the future of design retail. In addition to providing a view onto the future, the summit aims to be a meeting place for retailers, design and lifestyle professionals.

Jo Caudron (BE) - Duval Union Consulting
All industries, including design retail, are under pressure from technological change. Jo Caudron is an authority in the field of digital transformation and provides insights into the challenges and potential strategies to adopt.
Tobias Lutz (DE) - Architonic
The co-founder and managing director of architonic.com zooms in on e-commerce and virtual reality and poses the question if it is either a replacement or an enrichment for classic design retail.
Ewald Damen (NL/UK) - Virgile + Partners
Damen, partner at London-based interior design office Virgile + Partners will talk about a game-changing case study: they turned Harvey Nichols' classic department store model upside down: is this the end of the shop-in-shop?
